I'm married to a traditional guy ...

Dec. 5, 2006 - I'm married to a 'traditional' guy.
And by and large, he believes there are guy jobs and gal jobs. I'm not sure he's ever done a load of dishes since we've been married ... including the times I'm not here or days. Laundry ... a gal job. Cooking anywhere besides the grill ... gal job. You get the picture.

Now before this gets your hackles up, relax. It has made me crazy at times too. But yesterday, I decided that if this type of delineation of jobs would allow me to never have to supervise the pumping of a septic system ever again, I'd live with the 'traditional' mentality. I will spare you the gory details of the process if you've never experienced it. But it would qualify for "Dirty Jobs" over and over and over again.
