Venezuelan Hot Dogs

My family is crazy about hot dogs! We love them lots of different ways. We love dogs with chili and slaw and just about anyway, but never, never ever with just ketchup! BORING!!!!!!!! Before now, my favorite dog was a Nathan's Beef Hot Dog, onion, Dill pickle relish, diced tomato, diced cukes, mustard and shredded cheese ... sometimes chili. But those dogs usually require a TUMS chaser. Tonight's version ... an all beef dog, light mayo, chopped onion, chopped green cabbage, ketchup, mustard, topped with finely crushed plain potato chips was a winner. This was absolutely the star, but the slaw made with Balsamic Vinegar (because I was out of white vinegar following the Dancing Spaghetti science experiment last week) was a keeper as well. We decided we could do without the mediocre french fries! And no TUMS required!
